These are a great set of scales which track the changes in my body and syncs to my phones health app, helping me to track progress. The scales measure things like BMI, Body Fat, Muscle Mass and hydration amongst other things. I have owned these for a couple of years and have never let me down. With some scales, I’ve previously noticed differences in weight when stepping on and off, but these seem to be the same every time. Would not hesitate to buy again
