I’ve been using this for about a year and a half now it really helps with. My mood swings and especially my hot flashes going through menopause is tough but this helps a lot. It’s a very good product highly recommend.

Helps my moods, but I get hot flashes and nighr sweats really bad still. My ob/gyn recommended this, and it is not helping. I've taken this due 2 months. It's really expensive. I don't recommend it is all.
