There’s no overpowering acidity like you might find in other methods. Plus, it’s so concentrated that you can dilute it to your desired strength—perfect for a variety of drinks, whether it's straight cold brew or iced lattes. Easy to clean. I love it can go in the dishwasher! I found it very easy to assemble. And it doesn’t take up too much space in the fridge. This is definitely going to be nice to have around.
