My only reasons for drinking Essentia water:-I don't urinate nearly as much.-It doesn't bloat me out. Several years ago, my regular, go-to bottled water was out of stock at a local grocery store. It's a famous brand that celebrities are often seen drinking. I saw Essentia on a higher shelf, a brand I'd never heard of before, and thought, "Well, all right."There was nothing good or bad about the taste. Honestly, my regular one tasted slightly better. But the next day, I realized I hadn't urinated nearly as much as with other bottled waters. Nor had Essentia made me feel bloated. I researched and discovered it probably had to do with the electrolytes. Just as athletes drink electrolyte beverages to rehydrate their bodies, the electrolytes in Essentia aid in rehydration without any sugar. I've been drinking 1.5 - 2 liters of it every day since. I'm not a medical professional, nor am I being paid to write this review. All I know is what I've experienced drinking Essentia water. Customer for life!
