I still waiting my refund since june 28th 2024 when they wrote me telling that they will refund my money in 7-12 days. (More than 2 months waiting). Terrible experience!

I ordered 2 standard dresses for my sister wedding. No custom measurements or customizations. It is now going on 6 weeks and they haven't finished or shipped my dresses. They ghosted me until I sent multiple msgs and calls to find out the status of my order. The. They told me there's problems with the fabric manufacturer and they'll "keep me up to date". I doubt I'll be getting my order in time for my sister wedding. I now have to try and find a plus sized dress that I can wear for her wedding and pictures.

I ordered a dress for an occasion at the end of August. The order was placed July 24th. The website promised delivery by Aug 11th. I tracked the package and it has been at Fedex' distribution centre for almost a month, delivery now pending. I e-mailed eshakti twice to ask for a refund. No response. The dress was $184 Cdn. The event has come and gone. No dress, no refund. Buyer beware.
