i just got this in the mail from Ulta today and this is the only makeup removing balm I will ever use again. Full stop. This melts your makeup off while being gentle on the skin and the hyaluronic acid really nourishes in the process. It feels so soft on my skin and I love that there is absolutely zero makeup left over. On top of that, I love the size of this container. So much product and a quarter-sized amount goes a long way. I bought this on sale and always willing to try a makeup cleansing product due to I have not found one that truly dissolves mascara/eye makeup. This product 100% did the trick without having to use a makeup magic eraser towel to assist with removal. The product itself is like a wax and you apply it dry and then it’s almost like a Vaseline consistency on your face. One thing I would recommend is using it in the shower rather than the sink because it does take a bit to actually fully wash out of the face compared to other cleansers. To me it also had a type of menthol smell which I didn’t love so that would be my only complaint.

I’ve tried several cleansing balms, and this Garnier one honestly worked better than I expected. The texture is smooth, melts quickly in your hands, and removes makeup, sunscreen, and daily buildup without needing to scrub too hard. I even used it on waterproof mascara and it did a pretty good job. After rinsing, my skin didn’t feel tight or dry at all — it felt soft, clean, and hydrated. I also liked that it didn’t irritate my eyes or leave a heavy greasy feeling behind. The packaging is simple but practical, and you get a good amount of product for the price.
