Equate Nutritional Shakes Plus have been a huge help for me, especially when I need quick and easy nutrition. They’re packed with protein, vitamins, and calories, which is perfect for keeping my energy up throughout the day. Saying they’re great is an understatement—they truly go above and beyond for the price. It’s hard to find something this effective and affordable anywhere else.

These taste so dang good. They have a very slightly, consistently grainy texture that I adore and, in my opinion, aren’t too sweet. I don’t recommend them for gastroparesis as the artificial sweeteners don’t bode well with my stomach, but not to an unmanageable degree. My gastroparesis is mild-moderate so if you have it I don’t suggest getting these.

I try to these drink these in the afternoon as a meal replacement till dinner and they work great! Great flavor and the texture it nice. Works really well, downside for me is I can drink it in the morning as my stomach start to get bubbly and hurt alittle
