I started taking this mulitvitamin a few weeks ago to just help with my general wellness. I like that its just one vitamin I can take every morning with my protein shake and it doesn't upset my stomach. I also noticed it doesn't have a awful taste or smell like some vitamins have. I like that it just made me feel better health wise over all.
