When out in the sun , spray on some protection..... Keep those uv rays off your skin, because being a real life lobster is not a fun event... Re apply often , and don't do like I did ... Make sure you remove your socks before you put sunscreen on... Sprayed sunscreen on once we got our chairs in Aruba, then took shoes and socks off to put on water shoes on... But forgot to re apply sunscreen to ankles and below..
