I’ve been using the Equate Ibuprofen PM for a while, and while it does help with pain relief, I find that the sleep aid aspect is not as effective as I hoped. It’s a good alternative to more expensive brands like Advil PM, but it doesn’t always help me fall asleep as quickly or keep me asleep throughout the night. The caplets are easy to take, and I like that they are coated, but the results are somewhat inconsistent for me. It’s an okay product for the price, but I think there’s room for improvement.
