Me and my kid love these protein drinks. I'm surprised he likes them so much since kids are so picky. But these taste good and are priced super affordable. They changed the packaging from plastic bottles to these carton-type ones, which I assume is more environmentally friendly. The texture of the drink is more on the thin and smooth side, not thick or powdery/chalky like many protein drinks can be. And they are great for in between meals or when you need to make sure you're getting enough of the vitamins and/or calories you need. Just give it a quick shake and then drink. Super easy. I've always been a little too thin and gaining or keeping weight on is a lot of work, so I get these drinks to help keep a steady weight. Also, most other protein drinks that come in multi count packs are only 8oz, but these are 12oz, which makes the value even better. I don't like that they are artificially flavored or that they are artificially sweetened though. But overall, these protein drinks are an excellent choice and I'll continue to buy them for as long as they sell them.

My diabetic family members love these!! When they are not in the mood to eat a full meal and deal with checking their blood pressure and sugar levels they will drink these to get their energy up!
