I had a few of these with meals while recovering from surgery. They were to help with the healing process after surgery as well as making sure I had enough protein intake. They are very smooth and taste just like chocolate milk. They come in recyclable containers too.

By far the best tasting, my shakes have a brown carton box and I get them at Walmart. There isn't a lot in them but it works for mornings because I don't like to eat much and these have hardly any carbs so I can use them in keto also.
