As far as I can tell, it works. It helps my son with some of his allergy symptoms and doesn’t make him drowsy. I always recommend the equate brand over the name brand medicines due to the significant price difference while having the same active ingredients. As for the taste, to each their own because everyone has taste preferences. It’s not my son’s favorite but it’s not the worst.
