I bought this because I knew I wasn't getting enough calcium throughout the day and because I bought vitamin d tablets that require calcium to be taken with it. I have a hard time swallowing pills so I opted for the liquid. The flavour is ok but the texture is what I have issues with. It's very chalky so it's hard to get down.

This is really good for me because I tend not to incorporate a lot of this into my diet so having this is great
