A house favorite! Smokey truffle adds great flavour and aroma to French fries, steak, or even salad. I haven't noticed any clumpy consistency after being in the cabinet for a few months.

I bought this product at Costco because I like Parmesan cheese and thought highly about the idea of truffle. Truly it is a tasty seasoning that I add to my fries or fried eggs. I love it because it is salty and complex.
