These are really nice! I enjoy the subtle shimmer and tints on the coral and pink. The pearlescent one is really pretty for a wee bit of shine and reflection, I find that when I wear them my lips look a little more plush and they're slightly more noticeable. These are easy to pack in a purse and use day or night, they don't look too serious for a day out in a T-shirt or anything, and they're even appropriate for kids. My girls have a couple each, and they're fun enough to be a precursor to lipstick or gloss, but they're not very "adult" looking so they can wear them around. They work as well as any other EOS, which personally for my family and I is excellently. All of us have beautifully hydrated lips, and my girls use these probably more frequently than the standard EOS. They smell slightly of vanilla or white chocolate, it's subtle and pleasing just like the shimmer effect. I wish the packaging didn't scratch up so easily, but it's not a deal breaker. If you're worried about the pink being too "cool" on warm skin tones, or the coral being too "warm" on cool skin; don't. They're all so low-key that none of it is really unflattering. It's just a fun, pretty product.
I have Combination, very acne prone skin, my cheeks can get normal to dry and my tzone oily. I've been testing this out with different methods and different foundations and it seem to have done an overall good job as to what it claims. It is a thicker consistency, almost like hybrid of silicon primer and lotion. It feels smooth and soft on the skins and I had no problem applying it throughout my face. It kept my cheeks from drying and flaking, as well as preventing texture, but it didn't do much for my tzone. I noticed that this works best for normal to dry skin. You may try to use it for oily, but you need to prep your skin beforehand and use a powder. It didn't make me more oily than I usually am, it didn't dry me out, it didn't separate my foundations, and it didn't break me out(so far.) It smoothed out my textured skin, seeing how I have a lot of textures and healing acne. It didn't do much to hide pores, but then again it didn't really say it would. It worked well with my go to foundations and stayed put till I had to remove it. It actually worked better than my Becca Backlight Priming Filter Primer, when it came down to hydrating my cheeks. The best way for me to apply it is by warming it on my fingers before dabbing it onto my cheeks since I have textured skin. The best foundation I found worked well with it, so far, was my Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion foundation. With the primer and foundation combined, it didn't smudge, smear, get overly oily, or even move till removal. The foundations, however, did move when I wear my glasses. I don't know if it has anything to do with the primer itself or just my oily tzone, but beware for both glasses wearers and or oily skin. Review for: Coral more...
I am rating this product five stars for so many reasons! This product is amazing. I love the fact that eos thought of making a lip balm that adds color and shimmer to your lips almost as if it’s a lip gloss, that is definitely something I fell in love with right away! I was so excited that eos came out with something like this. Like this if you are as excited as I am. I also love the coral color so much, (it looks a little orange on the picture, don’t worry though because it’s not) I would HIGHLY recommend this eos lip balm to EVERYONE regardless of what you are looking for, this is definitely a must have lip balm. 🤗
I really love this brand because of it natural ingredients and I love the hydration it provides without the greasy heavy feeling some other balms create. So when the shimmers came out I knew I would try it. It would be perfect for those days where you just want moisture with a little touch of color/shimmer. Unfortunately the shimmer has a translucent sheen which personally does not go with my medium skin tone. But no worries my daughter is lighter then I am so she’s getting some really good use out of it. It would be nice to see more colors that fit all skin tones.

I absolutely adore this beautifully shimmery lip balm. I have purchased at least three since I discovered it. It lasts a long time and has that beautiful shimmer. You don’t really want to use it with lipstick or lip gloss. It’s a standalone product that works really well. Keep in mind that it is going to transfer a little bit to any straw, glass, can or bottle that you use to drink from. That is it’s only drawback. This stuff is addicting.
okay this balm is okay. whatever glitters it has in it are a bit gritty. i found this through instagram and bought it at target the next day. if you have chapped lips, this product is unfortunately not for you. it exaggerates how dry your lips are if they are and you almost exfoliate your lips before using this. i actually found that this product is an okay cream highlighter, which is odd since it is a lip balm. i would recommend this, but only to someone who doesn't have chronically chapped lips.
I like anything shimmery! Lol I use Eos under my liquid lipsticks cause the can be very drying on my lips. Eos gives a good moisturizing base. This added a touch of shimmer to it. Not a lot as the lipsticks really covers it but a touch. Alone I love it for a quick soft moisturizing tint if I wanna fresh face look. I wear it alone a lot. Especially like to the beach or the gym for just a touch of color on my pale lips. Love it!

I started using this product 3 years ago when my daughter mentions her lips were dry at 4 years old. We were in Walgreens and I wanted to get her something she wouldn't lose and that would be easy for her little hands to hold. I absolutely love this product. We both use it all the time. It smells great. It's not easy for her to lose, and it moisturizes well.

To start off let me just say I am a total egg person and have one of these on me at all times. When I saw that they came out with the colored version I just knew that I had to try them, and I was not disappointed one bit. The coral color, while it looks really orange in the picture, does not make your lips look like that. It provides a subtle amount of color along with a nice shimmer as well. It is great for everyday use for the people that don't want to wear a real lipstick every day. As far as the pearl goes, it is also amazing. I use this before or after I put on lipstick depending on the type that I am putting on. By using it before I moisturize my lips and provide the shimmer and prevent my lips from getting dried out. Overall another amazing product by Eos!
Love the regular lip balms, but unfortunately not a fan of this line at all. If your lips are chapped, this only makes it worse! This doesn't feel as conditioning as their regular formula. It also has a very gritty texture and accentuates and cracks or dry spots of your lips. As for the shimmer, it is very subtle and provides about the same amount of shine as Vaseline.
Q & A
How often should I use it?
I've seen this at the store before but I'm very picky about the types of lip products that I buy. I was wondering if this really does make your lips softer, but also if it felt heavy or sticky after you apply it. I don't like the weighted down feeling that most lip moisturizers leave you with. And is the shimmer really noticeable or is it more subtle? I don't want to be walking around like I slathered my lips in some odd shiny substance.
