Oh I love binders at BJ’s or Costco I have them especially when I go on road trips for my children because they don’t eat properly they can grab a shake it’s much easier and convenient for everyone. The cost is high but it is very well worth it.

It tastes like chalky sort of? But I drank one every day while I was pregnant because I always felt malnourished and even if I had to skip bkfst it gave me some thing still.

I have had a surgery and I was trying to see game tomorrow they lost a lot Of weight I feel the pilot needs to have way more protein in it in calories is affordable but I really would like to try something much stronger I need to gain weight faster but I was still buy as a small meal replacement just in case I’m not feeling a heavy meal

Honestly these are expensive but it was the only thing I could keep down when I was pregnant I definitely do recommend for anyone who is struggling to eat or gain weight or pregnant and having trouble keeping stuff down

I love these when your feeling a bit Ill they are a great supplement, easy to make and they taste great I have tried other flavours but these are my favourite

I generally keep a pack of these on hand just in case I'm having trouble with eating (typically after I've taken my medications) and this is a fairly good, easy to drink meal replacement. I prefer these over Soylent (Soylent upsets my stomach) and it's definitely easier to find in stores.

I live the way these taste! Sometimes I add ice cream and make a shake. These help with my calorie intake and help me gain weight.
