Enfamil™ A.R. Milk-Based Infant Formula For Spit-up Powder
My son used to constantly spit up on me and ruin my clothes. It was literally after every single feeding. Finally a girlfriend of me told me about Enfamil A.R. AND it works!!!! It costs about the same as other formula with the added benefit of not having to get drenched in spit up after every single feeding. 💗
My baby had severe reflux. Within 2 weeks of switching to this formula we saw a noticeable difference. My pediatrician said the rice ( A.R. = added rice) helps hold the liquid down the in stomach. It's easy to find at most grocery stores and comes in 2 sizes.
I usually use enfamil with my babies .i have boy/Girl twins. My boy twin spits up a lot so he has to use this ar formula for his acid reflux and my girl twin uses the gentle ease formula. So I’ll be buying this monthly .
Enfamil AR has been a blessi mg for my daughter the first month of her life she had been on 4 different formulas she couldn't keep any down until we found Enfamil AR it was amazing the change it is thick enough to help babies keep down and fills them as it should she no longer has the gas she had prior I am very pleased with enfamil
Obviously every baby reacts different to everything, but my daughter hated this formula. She had bad reflux so she was put on this formula, it made her so gassy she’s cry for hours. As soon as she stopped taking it she was instantly relieved.
My daughter ended up being switched to this when she wasn’t gaining weight & was spitting up after her feedings. This is by far the best, when it comes to spitting up. It helped so much because it already had rice cereal in it which makes it thick to settle better on the tummy. It helped her gain her weight too
After switching my child's formula t times the finally tired this and OMG It worked. I would highly recommend this formula to any parent who's baby has acid reflux. Enfamil™ A.R. Milk-Based Infant Formula For Spit-up Powder
The only formula my daughter won't spit up! Okay this stuff was a life saver. I was weary about the rice starch, but it helped so much. I bought this product from Walmart, and you can also buy it in bulk from enfamils website.
This is the only milk my little could drink and not have issue with! It was a godsend to her! No more spitting up or tummy hurting ! She had trouble doing #2 but after this milk she went just fine with out any gas as well!
This was the best formula for our little girl. She has a little reflux issue but not enough of one to medicate for but the pediatrician recommended trying this formula to help with keeping her food down along with some other tips. It worked well, our baby is happy and gaining weight without much more than a little spit up (normal spit up amounts) every once and a while. Highly recommend trying this if your little one is having issues with keeping formula down. We also mixed the powder with breast milk at first until our little one grew out of the reflux issue.
Q & A
Has this formula caused constipation in your little one?
Does this actually reduce the spit up?
Has anyone else had success in treating their baby's acid reflux by using this product alone? I am still iffy about giving my daughter Zantac, but don't want to cause her too much upset, so looking for other treatments and diets to help.
Do you think it would be a good idea to switch from enfamil gentlease to enfamil AR? Doing it back and forth if constipation starts to become an issue? Has anybody ever done that before or had any experience with doing this?
My baby has a lot of spit up does it reduce or stop it and does it cause other side effects like constipation
