I am very happy with this shredder. Easy to set up. The cross-cut shredder turns paper into confetti-like pieces. It can shredder 14 sheets at a time. It has no problems shredding envelopes, credit cards, and even heavier paper stock. It gives me great peace of mind that no one can tamper with my documents. The shredder is on wheels, so you can easily move it around. It doesn't take up a lot of room. It is very durable and excellent quality.
