  • "Best eyeliner for a quick and easy winged liner look. Dries super fast so there is little risk of smudging. " in 158 reviews
  • "I bought this eyeliner in black, and it's my go to liner now. It doesn't smudge around like kohl, stays in place all day, and is easy to hold. It's like holding a fat marker. The tip is fine and the harder you press/bend it makes a thicker line. " in 148 reviews
  • "Very impressed with this eyeliner! The tip is fine enough to get the thinnest wings I've ever drawn! Definitely would buy again. Very easy to use and dries quickly. " in 89 reviews

I decided to buy this one day while shopping with my daughter's.  Bad mistake.   Went home and decided to try it out .  I instantly started this itching burning feeling on my eye lid from doing the cat eye look. And I had hives on my eye lid!!!!  I couldn't return it obviously because I opened and used the product . But if you have sensitive skin and allergies I highly recommend do not buy this.   I loved how it went on great and got the look I was going for , but I regret putting it on and the aftermath of the hives.  I am not sure what is exactly in this , but beware if you have allergies and sensitive skin.

I use the color 'Blackest Black' and it's awesome for drawing out winged eyeliner. Now, I think the color payoff is decent. I use this in my daily routine but instead of just using this by itself, I coat over it with the wet n wild liquid eyeliner and it's a perfect combo! Basically just use this for the base coat and to get my eyeliner shape and then go over it. I haven't experienced it drying up or anything but I can see how some people might get dry ones as ELF can sometimes be like that. Good thing it's cheap!

I don't know if I got a random bad one or not, but I did not have a good experience with this product. I tried this on a whim because I had just run out of my favorite eyeliner pen, and because i had heard great things about this eyeliner. I used this eyeliner twice, with great results. It went on smooth, intense and stayed put all day. However, the third time I went to use it, the pen ran out. I had the lid on tight, and stored correctly and everything and it was like a dried out marker.

I Got Elves Ink eyeliner in charcoal and I absolutely love it I never liked a liquid eyeliner before because it just got everywhere and it's mileage didn't just wasn't good. But this one by elf is amazing it dries really really quick you can do so many eyeliner looks with it period and the color is black I mean intense black and surprisingly it last and you have a hard time rubbing it off it's amazing love it in for this price you can get a truckload of them. I recommend

I have used this eyeliner for a while. When you first get it the eyeliner is great. The pen is easy to use and gives you a smooth precise line. The color is dark and stays on semi well. However, as this product gets old the very thin tip starts to wear out and even though there is plenty of ink left in the pen the messed up applicator makes your lines look a little wide or smudged. However, for 4-5 dollars you can’t beat it!

I don't use eye liner often simply because my eyes are sensitive, and most eye liner makes them irritated and watery and I like the more natural look. However, there are some days where I want an eye liner to make my eyes pop. I was excited about this eye liner because it was an ink liner I thought it would be easier to apply and get the look I wanted. That was definitely the case for the first eye, but when I went to put eyeliner on the second eye it was as if the ink had ran out. With just using on one eye! I thought that maybe it was just the particular one I picked up so I went and bought another because it was so cheap, and I loved the results of the one eye. However, this was the case with the second one I bought too. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another one of these. SO my search is still on for a good liquid eye liner.

I rarely, if ever, give reviews that are less than 3 stars, so you know I’m serious when I give this one only one star. That being said, I wouldn’t spend even the few dollars it cost for this. It bleeds and there is no lasting power, it just sort of crumbles. It doesn’t dry to a matte finish either, and you can’t go over it because it grabs the liner underneath and takes it off. Also, the felt tip dried out at the very end very quickly, so I had a very hard time working with this. I eventually just pushed down really hard on my hand to create a small puddle of product, then used a small liner brush, but it’s a huge waste of product, and it ended up staining my hand. So yeah, i wouldn’t recommend this one. I tried the NYX matte liner and that one works way better; it’s like $6 which is more than this one but I got it on sale at target for $4.50 or something.

This is a product I used when I was starting out with winged eyeliner. I find that the fact that the packaging is big, it helps to get a more precise wing. It wasn’t very pigmented though, it dried out fairly quickly and so I was left with grey-ish eyeliner, which I didn’t like. But the first few times it looked great. I purchased it at Walmart and off of their website.

After reading some other reviews, I decided to give this eyeliner a shot. It applies really smoothly, but sometimes it doesn't appear to be as pigmented. Maybe it is beginning to dry out, but I purchased it not that long ago. Either way, it is very affordable, looks great on, and is easy to apply, so I would still say it's worth the money.

This eyeliner is great for the price. Super cheap, but it's not cheaply made. It doesn't smear or feather out. The pen make it super easy to apply, and the felt tip makes it easy to create a perfect wing. You can make it thin or thick. e.l.f. Intense Ink Eyeliner

Has anyone had an experience where they opened up a new product and it was already dried out? This has happened to me with other elf eyeliners and I'm skeptical about trying this one

I want to know how easy the Elf eyeliner is to apply. Will it stay in place? Does it slide or face on your lids? Just wondering. I want to learn how to do the winged eyeline and wonder if this is a good product to try for that? e.l.f. Expert Liquid Liner

Is this a good eyeliner? Does it stay on well? Does it smear?
