Yes this is a $1 drug store eyeliner. Yes it is easily accessible and probably the most affordable eyeliner on the market, but I'm not crazy about it. I wouldn't repurchase it for everyday eyeliner because it gave me raccoon eyes by midday but I do think it would be a cheap option for halloween or costume makeup.
This product is very convenient and cheap. It is easy to find. The downsides are that it is really runny and smears easily. I normally have to apply 2-3 coats to get it to look dark because it is really thin. I use this in emergency when I am out of my regular liquid liner but this is not a liner I would recommend.
I really like this eyeliner. For the super low price, it is a great product. This eyeliner has a brush tip (not felt, so it doesn't dry out) and has a lot of "ink" in the jar. It is a little runny so you have to be careful with it and wipe off the excess every time you dip the brush. I do notice that it is not super pigmented sometimes, but you can go over the line again to darken it. I also noticed that if I do not wear eye primer before applying this, it does not stay on my eyelids well and requires many more layers before looking black. It is also NOT waterproof, and comes off easily with water/tears/sweat/etc. Still, for the price I just buy this because I don't want to spend $20 + on higher end eyeliner when I can get the same effect with this $2 eyeliner.
I don't have a lot to compare this to, as I'm new to using liquid eye liner. I've only recently gotten brave enough to experiment with it. I decided to get this brand because it was cheap enough for me to be "okay" with throwing that money away if I didn't like it. To my surprise, I really liked it and I am still using my first tube (is that what it would be called?). It goes on very smoothly...you just have to practice a steady hand. I find that if I dab off the excess before using it, it's the perfect amount and is less messy. It has seemed to stay put pretty well too. I'm pleased with it. Now, if I can just get my cat eye perfected. :-/
I have tried the deep blue and the black shades and they’re the only eyeliner I use. Other liquid eyeliners don’t ever look black enough and these two just do. People always ask me which eyeliner I’m wearing because it looks so black. It stays on all day and without smudging! The applicator is super easy to use for me, I prefer this over pens. The price you can’t beat!
If you have a steady hand this product is for you! Once its on it will stay in place. It is not easy to use and does take practice. unfortunately I would just rather use a pencil eyeliner. For me its easier and faster. I will not be buying it again even tho the color is VERY pretty

I'm not very good at liquid liner, but this liner makes it so easy! It was super cheap, but worked really well. I don't use it on a daily basis mostly because I don't wear make up everyday, but I did truly enjoy it when I do use it! Charcoal is a nice color for my blue eyes and really helps them to pop!

I gave this three stars because I when putting it on it came out in clumps. And it didn't work that well with stayinfnon for long periods of time. It's okay for a temporary fix for a simple no sweating activity but overall I think it could have been made alot better but it is cheap so cheaper quality.
e.l.f. is typically one of my favorite drugstore brands because it's cheap and quality. I love this eyeliner! I got it for only one dollar at Dollar General and it's probably one of the best eyeliners I own. the packaging is nice and compact. I love it, and definitely recommend to anyone who has a dollar ;)
I like the brush that is on this eyeliner. However, the color I got was extremely washed out and it looked watered down. Within an hour it starts to disappear. Unfortunately, I love E.L.F., but this one product I was not a fan of. I was hoping for more of a darker black. Not a washed out light gray.
