I don't normally like brush tipped liquid liners, but this one is an exception. It isn't the easiest to do wings with but it just glides along my lash line easily and lasts a fairly long time. This is my 'I ran out of liquid eyeliner and need another one quick' liner for when I'm in a hurry and can't find my normal one I use. I'd definitely recommend this especially if you're on a really tight budget.

SO SO affordable, I believe its $1? You cant go wrong with that! I use elf eyeliner every morning to apply my wing, and the thin applicator makes it so easy to make that sharp wing. Because the applicator is so thin and precise, I do have a problem applying to the top of my eyelid, but that may be because I prefer a thicker line. I'm sure you can apply to your thickness preference. I recommend this product to everyone!
For an eyeliner that cost $2 its a pretty good product. This was the first eyeliner I ever tried when I first started using makeup and although there are much better ones I have I still continue to use this one too. I usually use it on the daily when I have run errands. The brush is my favorite part about it. The liquid is a little watery which is a downfall and it does not last all day its very flaky.
This product was super cheap so it was worth buying, but it doesn’t go on very dark and it comes off rather quickly. It’s a good product to have just in case, but if you wear eyeliner every day, I would invest in something different.
This is my go too eyeliner. I absolutely LOVE this eyeliner. It stays on all day and it isn’t runny. I am a huge fan of E.L.F. Cosmetics and I wouldn’t use any other eyeliner. I have tried others but it doesn’t compare to this one.
I used this eyeliner years ago and if I were to buy a drugstore eyeliner I would definitely recommend this one. This is the cheapest eyeliner and it works so well. It goes on smoothly, it has a really nice brush that I really liked and comes off easily. My eye color is hazel so it really goes with any eye color and if you want to compliment your eyes you can always pick a different color eyeliner. I really enjoyed this drugstore eyeliner.
