Create defined and enhanced lips that are blended to perfection! The smooth gliding pencil applies color precisely and accurately with no sharpening needed. The soft taklon bristled brush aids in blending the color evenly and naturally for a beautiful bitten lip look.

Use the lip liner to trace the outline of your lips, then blend the color inward with the brush. Use it as a lipstick or wear under your favorite lip color.

I absolutely love the Elf Lip Liners. I literally have every single color of these duo liners + brush. Plus price is great, not overly expensive like other liners. I love that it’s retractable and doubles as a lip brush. I always rebuy this whenever I’m running low. It goes on really smooth and blends out great. It’s definitely long lasting. I usually like to use a darker shade than the lipstick color, gives your lips great dimension.

I have this liner in the color “Wine”. This is a great tool to have and very inexpensive! I bought this during the crazy sale elf had earlier in the summer. I believe I paid just a dollar for this. It is a lip liner that has a blending brush attached. Personally, I used the liner to roughly line my lips and then used the bleeding brush to fill in the missing spots. It applies very smoothly and has a slight creamy texture, but dries super matte. You can apply lipstick on top, but I really enjoy the color by itself. This is great to travel with!

The color was beautiful and the formula was very creamy. Wasn’t very long lasting, tended to wear off. It had very little product in the tube. It did meet my expectations and I would buy again but for more of a lip stick not lip liner. The brush it came with still continues to be useful despite the product running out.

I love the elf lip liners!! I use the dark red and dark brown the most! I use them as lipstick and color in my whole lips. They stay on pretty well! And I get compliments on the color every single time I wear them! The packaging is simple and classy, easy to use. The elf lip liners are a staple in my lipsticks.

Super creamy formula and the blew ding brush is a nice touch! I outline my lips and the application process is easy because the product is creamy. I then take the brush it comes with to diffuse l the color out by doing this it gives the effect of bigger lips. This is something that I want to achieve when using a lip liner.

I really like Elf cosmetics they're probably the most cheapest makeup brands out there now. Well I do believe that as far I know and believe. But don't quote me lol I've used almost all they're pencil lip liner or eyeliner in all colors available. Right now

I like this lip liner, it leaves your lips moisturizer and it doesn’t dry out, and it blends out beautifully and the colors are so beautiful you can wear with a lipstick or by its self I would definitely recommend this product!!!

i don’t generally use lip liners but this one is just so great, i love the easy application of the product. though i don’t use the blending brush often but when i need it it’s great that it’s there, my only negative thing to say is the cap falls off very easily

I mean... I’m not thrilled with this. For the price it’s fine. I’ll probably use it or at least the brush end of it. But the tip fell apart and now my lines are all crap and I have to use a lot of pressure to get it to even draw, which leaves lumps of liner on my lips. Not a great look. Maybe I got a bad one and should try another but I’m not super thrilled about doing so.

Ok ya'll, I just bought this because I'm very unfamiliar with using a lip liner. This was inexpensive so I thought this would be a good product to start with. Here's my question, try as I might, I cannot seem to put the liner in the right position on my lips. Are you supposed to follow your natural lip line or go slightly above or below it? Also, how closely should your lip color (lipstick, gloss, etc) match the liner? Conundrum! HELP! Thank ya'll!!
