This must-have under eye primer not only preps the skin for concealer, but it also makes the eye appear brighter and fuller. You’ll love the silky texture and the nourishing benefits of vitamins, shea, green tea, aloe, and Gingko Biloba.
How To Use:
Pump out a small amount and pat it gently onto the under eye area with your finger. Follow up with under eye concealer.

- "I looove this stuff. I have quite a few fine lines under my eyes sadly and this really helps. It keeps the area moisturized. dry under eyes are a big reason why concealers crease. If you use a good eye cream it may not be worth it but at only $3, it doesn't hurt to try. I've gotten many, many uses as you only need a small amount. I bring it up on my eyelid as well but if you have oily lids I wouldn't. I definitely notice when I don't use it. Just make sure it goes on before your foundation. I know it sounds silly but if you do your concealer after foundation sometimes you might forget." in 26 reviews
I normally really enjoy Elf products but this one just didn’t do it for me. It didn’t moisturize my under eyes what so ever, if anything it made them almost sticky... I thought maybe I had applied too much, but even waiting out a while to make sure that it had time to sink in, it still felt sticky. It made my under concealer cake up like crazy, and fine line were exaggerated to the mmmmaaaaaxxxx. Didn’t enjoy it unfortunately. 😖😏😕e.l.f. Cosmetics Hydrating Under Eye Primer
I really did want to like this product. It’s very affordable but I guess you get what you pay for here. My makeup creases when I use this under my eyes, the texture isn’t bad it feels like a regular moisturizer but does not provide a moisturizing base (at least not moisturizing enough for a primer). Overall I would not buy this again, instead I’ll spend more money for something that works
This is a great under-eye moisturizer, but it didn't work well for me as a primer. It made my concealer feel very heavy and it didn't last as long as it usually does without creasing on me. I do enjoy using this as a moisturizer for under and around my eye area before bed, especially if my skin is very dry. It's not a bad product, it just didn't work for me as a primer.
It’s a nice under eye cream, I don’t know about calling it a primer. It really doesn’t make a lot of difference when I apply my concealer. But, since I always do my eye makeup first and then I have to wipe the fallout, it’s nice to use this as a light weight eye cream so my skin is nice and hydrated
I loveeee this product. Its long lasting and finshing is amazing.I love this top most brand. This is one of my favorites brands and with reasonable price.I bought this from macys, jcpenney, walmart stores and it is also available in other stores like Fred Meyer, target, walgreens many.......It gives soft texture on skin. I would definitely recommend this product and brand too.Its better to search for offers before buying.Have different shades of color for different skin tones.I like to visit above stores only to buy this and find offers. It gives fantastic look for party and for simple makeup also.I am kinda shopholic ;) so love to buy and try different products ,brands and shades. It would be too nice if there are some small samples to try before we buy.Shade is just awesome on my skin and hope for others too.It has smooth texture.I would definitely buy More n more n more...I love trying new products and samples tooooooo. Its bestiest best product I have ever used...
I have dry skin so any moisture is nice, although this doesn’t help with creases like one may hope an under eye primer would do. It feels nice and smooth, but just doesn’t do much beyond moisturizing. It may be a little brightening for some, I’m very pale, but it does make me dewy.
An amazing primer that makes my eyeshadow last all day long. The consistency is great not oily at all. It applies amazingly and lasts all day. It compares to all the other high end eye primers and I love it. Would buy again and would recommend to a friend.
Not a terrible product for the price point. I used this product daily, but didn’t notice a huge difference. My skin is typically very dry so it just kinda soaked in and got lost. I love me some ELF products, so I might try again in the future.
Use this on a daily basis. Keeps my under eye skin soft and moisturized. ELF is a great company. Would like it to be a little bigger and maybe more product. Price is great. I definitely let everyone know what I use to keep my skin soft.
love this primer in terms of drug store brands. its a great bargain for the price. the one thing is that it does not very long but it is cheap enough and the formula keep skin under eyes hydrated and ready for makeup application
