This is my holy grail powder and it's super affordable too! And I know most people just throw the powder puff that comes with it away but don't! My favorite way to apply this is to get some product on the puff and press and roll it onto my skin to set everything! I have 2 back ups in my collection and always make sure I never run out.
Sometimes I have trouble with translucent powders. I like to bake but if they have the wrong texture, it will sometimes be too dry or clump. Elf is super affordable and was honestly overall a good product. I would purchase again if I need to pick something up from the store last minute and I don't have time to order my usual product.
I really like this powder. I like to apply this before my foundation for oil control and it really helps. This gives a matte finish but try not to apply too much you may get flashback. I would recommend this to other since it is an affordable alternative.
I used to use setting spray until I found this. Now I use exclusively this. It doesn't give me any flashback (super important as a cosplayer) and it keeps my makeup looking near perfect all day and I wear makeup for at least 12-16 hours a day when I do a full face. It's affordable, and there's a fantastic amount of product considering the price.
Works well as a setting powder. I always use on my T-zone and under eyes, and it helps prevent creasing and oil buildup. Some oil still gets through, but not much. I'm at work or school all day, not in front of a camera or exercising much, so for day-to-day wear this is good. For the price and quantity, this is definitely worth it.
This finely milled powder is perfect die setting you foundation and baking your face! I see by this product and until someone proves to me there's something better out there, I will always use this as my holy grail translucent powder!
For the price you cannot beat this. Just know how to apply or it looks dry and makes you look super pale. I wet a wedge sponge with a spray of my setting spray, dip in just a bit and apply just where my pores and textured skin is. On my cheeks, chin and forehead. Let it sit for a few minutes and brush off lightly. Nice product.
This is a nice loose setting powder, perfect to bake the areas on your face that you want to be lighter, like the under-eyes, under your contour, nose, and forehead. Its is pretty finely milled. But I would not use this for all over the face setting because on my skin, with any foundation underneath, it leaves a slight white cast.
I only use this as a backup. The power sticks to moisture and gets a bit chunky and gross. I recommend pouring some in your hand and using a loos brush to apply. It may work better for others than it does for me. Decent for the price.
Q & A
Whats is this used for?
Does this make your foundation lighter or is it translusant
Does the product create a weird look on camera?
How much can I expect to pay for this? I know prices vary, though an average would be nice. It has good reviews, and I have known the elf brand to be quite cost effective.
Where can i buy it?
