Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

The top layer may suck but when you scrap it off the rest is all good it leaves you with a really shiny cheek. I apply these highlighter on my cheek sometimes on my eyebrow bone and it leaves my blinding tbh 💖💖

For the price it good it not a popping highlighter it more like a natural glow it only 3 bucks so it worth the try you will have to scrape the top layer to get some pigment

After the first few applications the shimmer wears down and product seems to change formulas. With this being a less expensive product you essentially get what you pay for.

Really love the price, also I find the highlighter to be just the right amount of pigmented. Also I find that e.l.f. Cosmetics not only are affordable but are good quality.

I have been a Elf fan for awhile. I got this highlighter awhile back an I haven’t used it but once because the first time I used it I was not impressed. I had a hard time getting anything on the brush well the one day I was watching a YouTube video (forget who I was watching) an they said scrape of the top layer so the past weekend I pulled it out and scraped it off. Wow!. I was amazed how much that made a difference it was so pretty! It applied like a dream I was turning my head back an forth watching it catch the light , I can not be the only one that dose that lol. It lasted it all night the glitter wasn’t chunky it’s pretty fine but when you scrape off the top it dose get kind of messy but it wasn’t hard to get off when it washed my hands( randomly stayed the night at a friends house). For the price I can deal with it. If you don’t like a lot of shimmer you may want to stay away.

I really love this highlight! It’s very smooth in the pan and doesn’t show texture on my skin. It’s great for a “natural from within” kind of glow. However, you can build it up or wet it to make it more intense! I personally apply it right after setting my face with spray so my skin is damp, rather than spraying my brush or the product itself.
The only reason I gave it four stars is bc when I first got it, it didn’t show up as much as I was hoping but once I scratched off the top layer it was good to go!

I'm usually a big fan of elf products, but this one was pretty disappointing. For $3, I thought it was a steal, but I felt robbed. The highlighter gets very chunky and won't blend. I tried scraping off a little bit of the top layer, which worked for a little, until it didn't. It didn't blend that well either. It did stay true to the color, however. It was a light glow, nothing you'd see with a becca highlighter. It lasted most of the day. If you want something cheap, you'll get it, but it's also cheaply made. I'd rather spend a little more money for something I like than just try and get a good deal.

I have a slight obsession with highlighter. I’ve tried high end but could never afford to repurchase. When I saw e.l.f. made a baked highlighter and for only $4 (!!!) I was so excited to try it but had low expectations because of the price. I have only purchased this highlighter since. It’s so pigmented for so cheap and is completely buildable so I use it on my cheekbones, nose, inner corner of my eyes, brow bone, and even my shoulders and collar bone! I love this highlighter and you get so much product. I use it every day and use a lot and I’ve still only had to replace it once in the last 18 months. You can see the subtle glow when I was going for a more natural look in this photo.

First of all, I give the product a five out of five because of its price. It is pigmented and buildable, the first layer is it more of a natural look, where as you can add many other layers to make a more blinding highlight. Another great thing about this product is the color options. Mine is in the color moonlight pearls, and I find that it fits my skin tone very well for being a light skin tone. One downside to this product is that It is a little powdery, I overlook it because of the price point and how the product performs.

Once you get top top spray off there are a gorgeous little compact of glow. Quality is so you’re. A pink champagne undertone. A wonderful highlighter. Recommend you trying it out. Works well with everyday or glam
