Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

This was the second highlighter I’ve ever purchased and it remains one of holy grail products! This highlighter is perfect for that intense highlight effect you may be going for! It’s only $4 and it’s amazing! Mine has broken a few times from me dropping it but I refuse to throw it away! It has a very iridescent and light infusing formula that no matter how much you put on you’ll always be shining!

I was very excited about this product because of the price, but was very disappointed. You literally have to rub your makeup brush on the product at least 20 times to get even a small amount onto the brush.....it makes zero sense!! And then when you finally get it onto the brush, it’s literally nothing. It’s about a 30 minute process. It looks good when you put it on, but the application part is horrible. Maybe I just got a bad product, but I won’t be buying again.

I have this in Moonlight Pearls and it is great!!!! The perfect subtle and natural looking highlighter! I'll even layer other highlighters on top sometimes if I want more glow! Perfect for the little places like nose, cupid's bow, and brow bone. Actually the brow bone is probably my favorite way to use it honestly! It creates the perfect highlight and blends amazingly with the rest of my eyeshadow!

This color is a dupe for the powder highlighter in the light version of the  Urban Decay Naked Skin Shapeshifter . It is a beautiful white/silvery shimmer without looking glittery or metallic. It is still very wearable for everyday and easily buildable. You do have to scrape off the top which is a bit of a pain but the packaging is small and easy for travel which is a great plus.

i love this highlight because when ever i need a little shine this highlight does the job its so shimmery and i honestly did not appect tobe such a good highlight its easy to apply without getting it everywhere

i love when i go outside with this product it always makes my skin glow and my friends are always like "damn look at that highlight IT'S POPPIN" or someone it asking me what highlight am i using

the best thing about it is a CHEAP very pigmented highlighter i am considering to buy more shades and review about it

This highlighter is a great buy. For $3 this will give you an awesome glow. Building it up is easy and it doesn't look gritty or rough on the skin like some shimmer products can do. The tip of scraping off the top layer of elf's baked products is a must with this though to really help it perform it to its best potential, which is a bit annoying. Highly recommend using a wet brush with this too to get an intense glow.

This product really needs the right circumstances to give you a good glow. You have to scrape the top layer of product or so off and throw it away. Once you hit the next layer you can get some of the highlight to apply. It doesn’t work very well with brushes or sponges. Fingers work the best to give you an actual glow otherwise you just have a few glitter and shimmer specks in your face. I would pass on this product unless you wanna work for your highlight.

I got this for free for ordering $25.00 worth of products on the E.L.F. website. I loovvveee it!! Very, very pretty and surprisingly pigmented!! It's got a slightly gold undertone to it, but on top a beauty-ful bright icy color.. I think i would probably buy this myself, its a good product for a great price!  e.l.f. I feel this product is really pigmented and really like easy to apply. I also feel this is really good with combination skin. A pro about this product is it is really easy to apply and a con about this product is that it’s really dry on the skin depending on What foundation I use. I feel it is one of the most pigmented highlighters and ever had but I do you say it’s really dry so it’s not one of the most favorite highlighters to pick out of my makeup drawer.

This new highlighter is so beautiful, so amazing, I collect make up and this highlighter is the bees knees.!. The color is so perfect it could literally be applied on any tone of skin and be radiant. Some say this is a dupe for Jeffree Starr highlighter. I found out about it online through make up buddies who were raving about the formula and the output of the pigment. I ran to Ulta to purchase and it was really cheap like for five dollars. The package says new stamped on the packaging so it’s a new shade and it’s absolutely beautiful. I recommend using a natural hairbrush to pick up more product it’s baked pretty decently and not too hard as a rock but you can lightly lightly lightly scrape the top layer and it would make more powdered so you can get more product onto the brush and onto your face or body.
