Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

I loved this highlighter when I first got it. It looked great on my skin. It would be good for all skin types. I used it a lot but it became super flakey. It just didn’t look very good. I’ve used other colors in this brand that worked a lot better

Looks so good over every foundation I’ve ever worn and stays on all day. I’ve gotten more compliments wearing this than I have when I wear a more expensive highlighter. I also love how cheap this is and the quality is amazing for the price you pay.

When I first got this I hated it and thought it was junk but then I learned the trick to scrape the top layer off and omg it makes this into a brand new product. It's blinding and beautiful once u get down into it. I highly recommend but make sure u take that top layer off.

i dont understand the negative reviews i have seen on this highlighter. it is litterally so blinding. i will say that i had to scrape off the top layer to get the blinding effect but for $3 i do not mind scraping it off. I love this highlighter!!!!

VERY BRIGHT! It has a lot of runoff powder. When you first use it, it is almost as if there is a film on top, causing it to not be put on that strong... so I broke mine to actually use it. It isn't like the wet look kind of bright, it is more of a reflective light bright. It is very affordable though, so that is good.

I bought the elf Moonlight Pearl highlighter from Target. The color is a gorgeous silvery-gold. I use a beauty blender to apply it so it is more pigmented than a brush. The highlighter applies very easily and I definitely recommend it and love it!

The highlighter works well for a subtle highlight. If you want it to pop more then you’ll have to scrap the first layer off to be able to
Get more pigment out of the product. I wouldn’t buy it again unless I left my good highlighter home on the go.

For as cheap as this is, it really isn't that bad. The top layer hardly gives any product but if you scrape off that you get a nice glow from it. Price is nice. I'm not big on highlighter with sparkle to it, and this sparkles. But i dont hate it.

I know that everyone says that “you have to scrape off the top layer first”. However, I did not have that experience. It worked beautifully right away. If you’re looking for a great highlight for an extremely affordable price, check this one out!

This is a very nice value. Not blinding, mirror-reflective, but give a very nice glow. Comes off as chalky. Easy to blend, decent pigment but not too much. The shade powdery but apply beautifully.
