Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

This wasn’t great. The top layer is really dry and firm, making it hard to get any pigmentation on it. So, I crushed it up and made it a loose highlight and now it works better. But I shouldn’t have to destroy a product to make it work.

Just ok. For $4 it does its job but isn’t creamy, very dry. Doesn’t last long. Maybe if applied with fix plus it would work better but I felt I had to dig my brush in and didn’t get much on my face. Worth a splurge for a better product

Total dupe for BECCA highlighters! This product is great and very pigmented AFTER you scrape off the top layer. That's my only issue with this product. However I do believe the hassle is worth it because the payoff of this is STUNNING.

I love this product. Very easy to apply and stays on for a while. I purchased one and loved it so much that I purchased one for my best friend to try. Very affordable and a nice pigmented formula. Would definitely recommend for people to try.

I’m glad Elf upgraded the formula on the baked highlighters. I purchased an order from Elf and was sent this as a free sample. I have the shade enchanted, which is a light champagne shade that is soft and leaves a nice glow to the skin

I love the color, but it was really stiff trying to get it on and it was hard to to get it loose so that it stuck to my skin. It was almost as if it was too baked.

This is a great and affordable highlighter! You have to scrape the top layer off, though, which is annoying. It doesn’t work very well until you get to the center. I recommend though, because it’s really pretty once you scrape the top off!

This was one of my go to highlighters for a long time. If you are looking for a blindimg highlight, this probably isn't what you are looking for. It provides a little more than subtle highlight but definitely adds a pop to your makeup.

This type of highlighter must be scratched at the top in order to get pigment but once you do scratch the top it’s amazing. It’s not a super blinding highlight but it’s still amazing and they have a large variety of beautiful colors.

This is a really good highlighter for a very affordable price. This was actually my first highlighter and it’s amazing. The highlighter is so pigmented and it gives you a very nice and subtle glow.
