Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

I have been using this highlighter for about 4-5 months now and it looks amazing on my skin and really compliments my makeup. It has got a decent pigmentation. The staying power is also quite good.
I absolutely love its colour and shimmer and the way it emphasizes my cheekbones. You can also flaunt that gorgeous glow with this highlighter on weddings/parties/evening out etc. If you love that glowing pearlized look then get this highlighter cause honestly why the hell not? It is affordable and totally worth the money.

I definitely heard about these baked highlighters and how you have to scrape off the top layer, so I definitely kept that in mind when I purchased this. It is more of a "drier" powder formula but honestly I love the payoff. It's a warm gold sheen and it doesn't look glittery at all. If you're very light, I would pass on this colour specifically, but I love that it doesn't look too unnatural on me. Would of course recommend and repurchase!

I've already reviewed something similar to this because I pretty much bought every highlighter or baked blush or bronzer that look just like this in the same type of packaging I find them all to be stunning colors you do get pretty good payoff with product but the only issue I had was you had to put a little elbow grease into getting the product on your brush but it is worth it especially for the price I would recommend in a heartbeat

This little highlighter has an excellent price, as all of ELF's products do.  I find that it is a little powdery and not extremely pigmented.  You also need to remove the top layer for the perfect colour as there seems to be a coating that prevents you from getting pigmentation.  This is a subtle highlighter, perfect for daily wear.  I enjoy using these colours and have both the Moonlight Pearls and Blush Gems!

Hmmm, not the best but not the worst either. The “baked” aspect of this product seems to make it hard to get any pigment out of it but once you kind of scrape off the top layer it’s actually pretty good. It doesn’t appear too white and doesn’t have large glitter particles, which I like. It’s nice if you’re going for a more natural look, which I’m usually not. It is super affordable though, so I think it’s a good deal for your money.

I really enjoyed this highlighter a lot it looks very pretty on the skin, I was conflicted to try it at first cause I'd seen so many reviews talk about how much they enjoyed this product but their only issue was it had a hard film on top that you would have to scratch off in order to get the true pigmentation out. so I decided I'd try it myself and sure enough it had that hard film after scratching it off as everyone else suggested it started working for me as well and I was super happy and amazed by how great of a highlighter it was for an affordable price. I would recommend this product again my only thing is you might have to do the same thing that I and many others had to do to get it to work.

I absolutely love this product! I use Moonlight Pearls in both my everyday daytime look and for my evening look.  I love the shimmer it gives off without being overpowering.

The only downside was it took me awhile to realize that to get a more intense glow without applying with a wet brush was to scrape off the top layer, since this was my first experience with a baked highlighter product.

It would seem that the baked highlighters by e.l.f. have been getting a lot of attention lately. After swatching them I can see why. They are phenomenal. They are truly baked and packed with shimmer. They come in 3 shades. Moonlight Pearl is a light cream shimmer. Blush Gems is a champagne shimmer. I don't have pink diamonds because it is a bit too pink for me. I swatched theses dry, but think they will look nice swatched wet also. I am sure you could apply these over a cream highlight for longer lasting power. If you love shimmer or shimmer highlighters you will love these. They reflect light beautifully.

These highlighters are excellent once you know how to work with them. They can be either really subtle, or full on dramatic if you use a wet brush. I've found that with Apricot Glow (the newest shade) there wasn't any need to scrape the top to get pigment and glow. Blush gems required a bit of scraping to get the effect I wanted, but was beautiful nonetheless. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a cheap highlighter that'll glow you up.

I was so excited to try this product when I purchased it, however I was super disappointed. It was very very dry, and was not powder-y at all. It was super hard to use, the outer layer was super scratchy and not smooth or pigmented at all. It was cheap, but you can really tell it is. I recommend spending a bit more cash on a highlighter that actually helps you glow and shine bright.
