Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

Very pretty highlighter and great for the price paid. You must scrape the top layer off first to get the full affect of the highlighter. It's not blinding but can't be buildable would recommend to others!!

The first time I had tried this highlighter, I was extremely pleased to swatch it on my hand and find that the highlighter was extremely pigmented, easy to blend, and it was extremely affordable. The color Moonlight is very good on light skin tones and medium skin tones. However, I have heard that in some highlighters, you have to scratch off the top layer to get pigmentation.

This elf product works really good. The first time I got this elf highlight I thought it didn't work. But the secret about it is that you have to scratch the top or rub it with a makeup brush so it can show.

People don't give elf enough credit and doesn't realize that they actually have really good product. This is my all time favorite drugstore highlighter. Let me tell you why. It makes me glow so much and it's the prefect color and It looks amazing for my skin tone. But theirs a trick ..... when you first get the product and you try using it, it will not be as pigmented as you want it to be but don't you worry. The trick is to scratch the first top layer off and than use it and let me tell you it's so pigmented. This highlighter tends to be the first one I grab. It's only 3$ and I personally feel it works better than SOME high end highlighters I've come across.

Is there a possibility I could give this 10 stars!? I have always wanted to try a highlighter with my makeup regimen. I visited an E.L.F. Cosmetics store in NYC and found a $3 highlighter called "Moonlight Pearls". The makeup guru inside said it would look great with my fair skin. After he told me a little trick by scraping off the top layer of the highlighter; I fell in love!!! This has got to be my most favorite cosmetic item in my whole collection! I wear it everyday! I mean for $3, you should give it a try!

At first I wasn't very impressed with this highlighter. It wasn't coming off very pigmented, but if you scratch/rub off the first layer it works better. Great for fair to light skin tones. Not the most pigmented highlighter I've seen but it's great for the price.

One of my favorite highlighters! It is not a blush. It is a light, shimmery, wet-looking highlighter. It's extremely intense especially if you dampen your brush before applying. This looks beautiful on the inner corners of your eyes and tops of cheekbones, as well as your cupids bow and eyebrows. For only $3, this is the best drugstore highlighter for light to medium skin tones!

this highlighter looks like it would be fabulous but i personally don't think it's the best. i've used it for a while now but it never seems to do the job. most of the time you can't tell that there is any on my face at all. i end up having to go over it about 5 times just to be able to see it.
