Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

This was my first highlighter. I wanted to learn to use a highlighter. This is decently pigmented. It’s easy to apply. The price is also really good. If you’re looking for a good starter product I would definitely recommend this one.

Beautiful highlighter extreamly pigmented can be compared to high end highlighters only issue with this product is at first it isn't pigmented at all so you have to scratch the top in order to get pigment but once you do it's perfect highlighter for that popin shine

Great for the price! There are better highlighters but none that really beat the price. I recommend scraping off the top and it will work 100x better. I have light/medium skin and it looks great.

Such an awesome highlighter! Don't have to use a lot to make your face pop! Just have to scratch the surface a little to get more pigmented! Defiantly would buy again and promote if I had to:)

This highlight is great! It makes your face glow like never before! Definitely recommend to many people. It goes on so smoothly and stays on throughout the day. The price is amazing and I buy multiple ones to last me a while.

This product is very good quality, especially for the price! The highlight can be described as what people would say is “blinding”! I like how it reflects off of light. There is quite a bit of product in the container, and I like that! For only $4, you can get a highlighter that is just as good as a high end brand! It is buildable and it would be perfect for any skin tone! I also suggest wetting on dampening your makeup brush and then applying the highlight, it makes it look even better! I really suggest this product, it is a game changer! (First pic with flash, second pic without flash)

Sucked . Wouldn't waste not even a dollar on it. It's a thick film on it so you get zero pay off. You have to scratch that layer off and if I want a product to work I shouldn't have to do that?

Excellent highlight!  Very affordable and easy to apply.  Subtle highlight not too too glowing.  But is buildable if you want more.  Also if applied with a setting spray you will get more pigment.
I love this eyeshadow! The best way to apply this is by spraying urban decay setting spray on your eyeshadow brush then dipping it in the eyeshadow. This gives it a very pigmented consistency and it brings out the sparkle.

Elf has really improved over the years. They are such a great drugstore brand and the price is so affordable. Some products are better than others but overall a great brand. This highlighter is so nice and great for the price
