Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

One of the first highlighters that I bought! It had a great Champagne tone and fabulous pigment for just a small price!! I have had it for over a year and have just started making a dent in it! I recommend this to gals who are looking for a cheap but great highlighter!

I didn't really feel like this lasted as long as I liked it to, if you buy it keep it on you so you can keep reapplying every hour or two and you will be fine but it is very pigmented and pretty. I would probably recommend it.

this is a very non pigmented highlighter. it is a better eyeshadow. it is kind of terrible and does not go on at all. there is no pigment whatsoever and i would definitely not ever buy this again. it was only three dollars but it was definitely not worth the three bucks

When you first purchase these, you have to physically need to scrape off the top layer to get any pigmentation, so once you’ve done that you can actually use them...I’m not impressed by these. I feel like they don’t last at all

This is the only highlighter i have. As much as i love makeup, honestly im not a fan of the "blinding" "highlighted to the gods" trend at all. I just prefer a subtle glow, a lil cute one.
Anyways, i have mine the shade moonlight pearl. I struggled at first then i read that you kinda have to scrape off the top layer to get a better payoff. So i did. And it worked! Well enough in my opinion. Perfect for everyday glow. I love that the color doesnt show up as a weird highlight stripe on my cheekbones,
instead it looks almost translucent.
Now, in terms of the texture, i really cant say much because i dont have anything to compare it to.
The only few things i dont really like is that the texture feels dry (when you touch it on the pan) and the packaging is just meh.
Other than that, it's cheap af and lasts a looooooong time, mine still looks brand new even after scrapping the top layer.
There is really nothing to lose with this highlighter IMO. I would recommend if someone is looking for an extremely cheap (but good)highlighter lol.

I have been using this highlighter for a few months and so far a kinda like it. When I first opened it I was expecting a soft powder. It was really rough and almost scratchy. The pigment is pretty good. I recommend to beginners.

It is not the most pigmented highlighter I have ever used it is very natural shine. I do like it for everyday use because it is so natural it gives you that very faint glow tot he face. I would recommend for the price because it is so inexpensive and natural.

This was my first highlight I ever purchased from drugstore. Super affordable and give a very soft glow. Can be built up and get more intensive if you spray your brush. This shade is a Champagne gold and very pretty for everyday

Oh my gosh I love this product. It looks like crushed pearls on my eyelids. Never fails to get compliments when I wear the green or brown shades to bring out my hazel eyes. Great yourself to this eyeshadow, you won't be sorry.

ELF's highlighters are so good! I do find with these, you have to scrape the top layer off cause its coated with something strange. But after you break that barrier its so nice! You can also wet these for a more intense look!(:
