Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

I’m wearing e.l.f. Cosmetic Baked Highlighter & Blush in this photo and GIRL... THESE BAKED HIGHLIGHTERS ARE SO AMAZING FOR THE PRICE! Very buildable, you can have a subtle highlight or a blinding highlight! I’ve brought three different elf baked highlighters and I really like them. I feel like the only reason they got bad reviews is people didn’t scrap off the top of the highlighter before they used it and honestly I can understand that

Will get the job done but not worth the hype. The product is pigmented once built but the top layer of the product must be scraped off for the product to work. This has been reported by multiple beauty influencers. Even though the product is cheap, I would not recommend.

This is pretty good for a drugstore highlighter once the top layer comes off. For some reason, until that top layer is scraped off there is absolutely no pigment or highlight whatsoever. I don’t think I would repurchase this again as I prefer a more dramatic highlighter.

I got this as a free gift with my purchase from the elf website. I feel like this barely has any shimmer and not a lot comes off when I rub my brush on there a lot. I guess I didn’t expect much out of something in this price range but I haven’t touched it since I got it.

It’s a good highlighter just not the most intense. I like my highlighters to be blinding and this highlighter is right in between subtle and bright. Very easy to layer though. I wouldn’t buy it again just because it’s not the most intense but overall a good highlighter.

I purchased this product in the shade moonlight pearls because I heard that after scrapping the top layer of product it was a powerful highlight, and at such an affordable price I was intrigued. However, despite scrapping away some product it turned out to be a very subtle highlight for me. I wanted to like it so badly, but it just didn’t work for me so I will not be repurchasing this highlight.

It’s nice for an affordable highlighter.

I’m just not a big fan of the formula, and how you have to pack your brush a few times to get a decent blinding highlight causing a bit of fallout.

It’s not super blinding, I would say it’s more on the sheer side, but it’s cute.

THIS IS AN AMAZING AND AFFORDABLE HIGHLIGHTER (as long as you scrape off the top when you first buy it). If you build it up, it gets to be such an intense and blinding highlight- I love it. Truly worth more than the $3 it costs to buy it. Can't recommend enough.

This is by far the absolute WORST product that elf has ever released. It is very hard, no matter how much you dig your brush you get NO product at all!!! After digging the end of my brush into the pan and breaking the product, I finally got a little pigment, and by pigment I mean chalk. Yes you read that right, chalk! The top layer looks very blinding but after you scrape the pan the glitter is gone and you’re left with dirt. I would not recommend this too anyone unless you like chalk on your cheek, then in that case more power too ya girl!!

This highlighter is beautiful. When you first open it- you have to scratch off the top layer... since it’s baked it’s really hard and has no pay off until you scratch the layer off. It does emphasize my texture a tiny bit. But for the price you really can’t go wrong.
