Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

If you are looking for a light natural highlight then this is a great product. But for me I like to blind people and this wasn't all that great. You first have to scrape the top layer off which once you do that youv wasted product. After that it still doesn't apply blinding. Even with a setting spray or a wet brush it doesn't do much

I got this highlighter expecting it to be great because usually elf has great products for cheap! But when I bought this product it was a total bummer it’s hard to build up the glow I like and it’s not a very bright highlighter definitely for people who like the soft glow but would not recommended for my girls who are trying to shine!

Amazing highlighter! As with any baked highlighter though the top layer is a little thick, so use a q-tip or something (sterile!) to scrape the top a bit to begin lifting the pigment. It glides on easily with a sponge applicator as opposed to a brush in my opinion. My fair skin is complemented with the moonlight pearl shade I got. Only $3, and it will last for ages!!! Love. Will buy again.

I love E.l.f and these highlighters are amazing, i love the shades and how glowing they make my skin look. The only bad thing is they're a little dry, you might have to scrape the top layer off just a bit, or i spray my brush with setting spray before going in and applying it.

I have no been able to find other shades but I still love this product! I mean really can you beat that price?!?! Elf has some amazing products! It’s long lasting & definitely gives me a glow! When I first open a new one I tend to have to scratch the first thin layer off before getting the pigment to push through but that is minor!

If you are looking for a dupe to laura mercier highlighter in 01, this is amazing! My shade is pink tastic and its more white champagne color. It is good for all skin types. The trick with this highlighter is to scrape off the top layer. Trust me just do it! You’ll thank me later! For the price, i will be repurchasing again and again!

I absolutely love elfs baked highlights my favorite is moonlight pearls. they have so much color payoff and last all day with elfs setting spray. This highlight works better than a lot of the high end highlights I've used.

Holy pigment is all i have to say! The swatches for this are gorgeous! On the skin is looks like a nice dewy glow. Very buildable. I use both a brush and my finger to apply and it looks stunning with both techniques.

Ok so there a is a trick to this highlighter. You have to scrape the top layer off to get to the good stuff. That is the only reason its not at 5 stars in my book. That's a waste of product to me. However once you do that this highlighter is freaking awesome! It is so pretty and pigmented. Goegeous. The price is great too. Only $3.

Decent highlighter for the price. You get what you pay for. Easy to apply and stays true to color. You kinda have to dig down into it to get the glitter off and get the real feel of the formula. A ton of fall out so I wouldn't repurchase but would recommend to somebody who is new to makeup and just starting to learn how to highlight.
