Description

This highlighter creates a radiant glow with a sheer wash of shimmering color. Infused with Vitamin E and hydrating jojoba, rose hip, sunflower, apricot, and grape oils to nourish your skin. The highlighter can be applied wet for a vibrant effect or dry for sheer pigmentation.

How To Use:

Use a brush or fingers to remove the top protective layer before use. Using the highlighting brush, sweep the highlighter onto the cheekbones, brow bone, inner eye corners, and Cupid’s bow to brighten the face.

It’s pretty and very affordable. It’s not my favorite but if I was shopping on a budget I would purchase. It’s subtle not too bam and can take some work to apply. I find it to helpful to softly scrap off a layer of the product and it will work much better. I know that sounds wasteful but these usually come as free gift with purchase and let’s be honest it takes time to go through a highlighter and if we go through it fast most likely we have a few in our collection.

A very subtle glow!!! Love that the color really complements my skin and is very sheer but still provides a healthy glow! Shimmery without being glittery and very easy to apply/blend! Don't bother using a fan brush to apply or you'll be there until the end of time. Best results are apply with finger then blend out with a blush or small foundation brush.

Initially, I wasn’t a fan of this. But after realizing I had to scrape off the top layer in order to reap the benefits, i had a luminous blinding highlight! For the price point, this is an amazing highlighter. I’d like to try to other shades. I usually spray my brush with MORPHE Continuous Setting Mist before applying for the best results.

Definitely not my favorite highlighter but it does the trick without having to spend a ton of money. It's a shimmery highlighter, so if that's not your thing then I wouldn't suggest this one. I personally think you get a lot of pigment which is super nice. I would buy again simply because it does the trick of making my face glow and is only $3

Review for: Moonlight Pearls, Blush Gems more...
I got Moonlight Pearls and Blush Gems because Walmart had 50% off on tons of makeup, so I just went for it. A friend who went shopping with me warned me about "the top layer" before I bought it, so it wasn't really an issue for me. I just took the "wrong" end of my tweezers and scraped the top layer off before I used them. It makes such a difference when it comes to glow and intensity. It will be dull if you don't take the extra time to get deeper into the highlight. It's an otherwise beautiful highlight. With my light-more-medium skintone, I use Blush Gems as an everyday highlight and Moonlight Pearls when I want to step it up a small notch. If I use a heavy hand, Moonlight Pearls gets a little too glittery for me. Definitely not a dealbreaker. These baked highighters are great products, especially if you're not looking to spend too much!

This product is affordable and it is good quality. When buying I recommend scraping the first layer so that way the product performs better.I use this ever day and get compliments. And i even bought one for my sister and mom and they absolutely loved it. e.l.f. Cosmetics Baked Highlighter .There are expensive products that don’t even perform this good. When I was first starting makeup I couldn’t afford the expensive makeup so I went and bout this afortable highlight and turned out to be my good to.I definitely recommend this product to someone that wants a blinding highlight but can’t afford a expensive, e.l.f. This stuff is so freakin pigmented for the price and goes on so nicely. I was pleasantly surprised. You can either do one layer for a bright yet subtle glow or build it up and just have this like beaming glow. Plus it's only 3 dollars! Can't beat that.

This highlighter is good for those who want a high end look but are on a budget. As many MUAs have stated, you do have to scrape off the top layer to get a good about of pigment on your brush/finger. However, when applied, it looks amazing whether you are going for a subtle or bold highlight.

For brown skin, this highlighter may or may not be the right color, depending on your exact shade, but my skin goes through various shades throughout the year, so I keep it on hand for winter use. I wouldn’t say it’s my favorite, but it gets the job done, and I like that it’s a single color, which is easy to take in my travel makeup bag, as opposed to other palettes. You do have to scrape off the top layer before you use it for the first time, but after you do, it packs on pretty nicely on the brush. Personally, it makes my pores look pretty big, so I have to use a primer underneath my makeup, but if that’s not an issue for you, it’ll probably be a cheap alternative to whatever you normally use. Overall not bad, and for the price, worth a try.

I have mixed emotions about this highlighter. You have to scrape off the first layer to get to the product, so don't think it's a flop the second you open it. When you first apply it, it is STUNNING, it is super blinding! I was amazed at how great it looked for only like $3! The downfall is that it does not last long at all. Anytime I wear this I set it with my All Nighter Spray because I know it won't last long (That spray can hold your makeup through anything) and by the end of the day my highlight is still gone. I wish it lasted longer since it's so pretty but I can't really complain based on the price range. I wouldn't recommend it for long wearing events but if you are going out for just a dinner or something short it is a great option!
