e.l.f. Corrective Concealer
Love this product! The shades are super creamy and blend out really nicely on the skin. The colours are strong enough to neutralise any imperfections on your skin really well, but are easily covered by your concealer/foundation. I love the green shade as I suffer from a lot of redness.
I unfortunately would not recommend this Corrective Concealer palette to anyone. I had high hopes for this product, as I've tried other E.l.f. products in the past and was not disappointed, but this product was an exception. I found the product too thick and hard to blend.
It helps to cover up the dark circles and redness of my skin and is really good for using when my skin is dry as its a creamier base. The downside is that it is not very long lasting and it does not provide a very full coverage over wider red spots
When I bought this product I was new to colour correcting. I found it easy to use then and even now! It's good for all skin types, the cream texture is really buildable and easy to blend. A little goes a long way as well. It also hides perfectly under your foundation. Love it
The. Colours aren't very opaque. They don't do much correcting and I don't love the formula of them either. I prefer a tube or squeezable application than in a pallet. They are blend able I guess but not with much colour.
I have the Neutrelize and conseal one, and I don't like it. The colors are a bit off and it doesn't last very long. I feel like it just glides right off the skin again after a while, so I wouldn't recommend this product.
I like this colour correcting palette, it has a good variety of shades as well as being affordable. The only thing I’d say is this palette really isn’t full coverage it’s more sheer and buildable. So depending on if you like that or not, it’s worth the money
Q & A
I recently bought this in the powder form and I'm not sure if I like it very much. Then again I'm not 100% sure if I am applying it like it should be applied. The directions say to apply all colors all over face and I feel like that is not right. What do each colors stand for? And would you recommend me purchasing a different brand?
What are the different colors for?
How does this actually work for acne prone skin????
I have never bought anything from elf is it actually worth it
