Review for: Porcelain more...
I was surprised by how much I like this foundation! I have fair and oily skin, with acne and neutral undertones. I look for foundations that are matte and long lasting, since I do get very oily.

First of all, the shade range sucks.  Porcelain is wayyy to dark for me (for reference, I wear shade 110 in Revlon Colorstay).  However, the foundation is not too orange.  It is the perfect foundation to mix with other foundations.  It has a semi-matte finish and is full coverage which is AWESOME! And this foundation is only $6!!

The packaging of this foundation is a squeezy tube, and there seems to be a decent amount of product in it.  I squeeze some out and dot it around my face with another foundation, then blend it out with a sponge or foundation brush.  It makes any foundation have more full coverage, as well as give it a skin-like finish.  If I wear this product alone and set it with a powder, it would last around 4 hours before I get oily.

I have repurchased this foundation many times, I think its awesome for the price!  I gave it 4/5 stars because the shade range needs to be improved.  I wouldn't say this foundation has helped with my acne, but regardless, its awesome.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I love e.l.f. because their products are inexpensive and pretty reliable. I'm no makeup enthusiast but I think the products are good quality. They get the job done for me.

I have one complaint about this product... the range of shades you can buy for this product start too dark. I use porcelain and have considered multiple times switching to a new brand because e.l.f. does not make a shade light enough. I don't have super fair skin either. It is disappointing that this is their lightest shade. It has somewhat of an orange tone that is not flattering in the winter time when my skin is not as tan. I love this product in the summer because my skin tone blends better with the porcelain shade, but I need to find something else for the winter time.

I have dry skin. I've used this for over a year (not everyday) and I love it. You definitely need to moisturize before applying it. I really love this foundation, it is pretty thick (cream like), it is full coverage, and matte-satin finish when it's set with powder. This foundation leaves my face flawless and lasts very long, I'd say at least 10hrs. What I love about this foundation the most is the price and how great this product is even though it is so affordable! It hides all my redness and blemishes and even though I don't use this everyday I just love it and is one of my favorites. 100% recommended.

The color appears to be kind of orange, which was the same with other acne foundations I have tried, this does dry my skin out, and make my cystic acne worse. It makes my regular pimples go away, but everything under the skin seems to worsen when I use this. I usually use a banana powder all over with this foundation to get rid of the orange. It does have way better coverage than I had expected! And I love the bottle it is in! It feels great to hold and it’s easy to tuck away in the makeup bag! This was the color: SAND

This lightweight acne fighting foundation works to disguise redness, blemishes, & uneven skin tone. The flawless coverage foundation formula is infused with acne fighting key ingredients Salicylic Acid, Witch Hazel, Camphor, Tea Tree & soothing Aloe to help prevent and treat acne blemishes.

Apply to clean & moisturized skin. Squeeze a small amount on to a sponge, fingertips, or a foundation brush & starting at the center of the face blend outward. One layer gives a natural finish or apply in buildable layers for fuller coverage.

Price is $6 for 1 fl oz, but I bought mine for half off (they always have half off studio sales!). I'm in the color Porcelain which is the second to lightest shade & has more yellow tones to it.

I would recommend only up to 2 layers of this if you're using a brush because it can start to look a bit like you're in fact wearing too much make up. But the Beauty Blender really gives the best look for me with this foundation. The finish of the foundation is more satin matte & really does even your skin tone. I found it was a bit flat looking so I warmed up my face with the Maybelline Fit Me powder in a darker shade.

I really really like this Foundation. Very great coverage find it to be medium to full coverage very buildable and a little bit goes a long way. I like the packaging. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it is hard to find in a local store which is my preference I'm not always able to purchase items online and for convenience purposes it's better for me to be able to get it in store when I run out of something and I can only find this in one store which often runs out of my shade.

I love this product! I do not break out often but, whenever I am starting to I always use this product. It is great because I put this on and within a day or two my blemish is gone. Plus it does a perfect job of covering up any blemishes. Most foundations are goopy and even when I have a zit you can tell that I am covering up. Not with this product. Plus for the price - you cannot beat it! It is not heavy on my face and it is very easy to apply.

I was really shocked at how well this product works with my very oily skin and overall acne prone skin. I was hesitant to buy, but this by far has triggered a lot fewer breakouts than any other foundations I've tried. Especially for liquid foundation I was impressed and it worked so well with my skin, as well as offering a lot of coverage. Very satisfied, although it still gave me ance despite trying my hardest to make sure my skin gets cleaned and stripped of all makeup before bed. Still one of my favorites to use.

I really love this foundation. It’s thick but the coverage is good. It changes a lot in different lighting and can have harsher lines in some. blending can be hard sometimes especially because of the fast rate that it oxidizes at. Carmel in this product seems a little darker than the Carmel in other elf products but it will works after highlighting and everything as long as you can blend blend blend!

The ONLY reason this gets a 4 rather than a 5 is that I feel the shade is a little too dark for me, but there isn’t a lighter one so I try and make it work with a lighter powder on top. I use this sparingly, since I don’t need a ton of coverage. I put it on using clean hands, no brushes or beauty blenders. It looks so nice! Hides pores, evens skin tone, and it even covers blemishes pretty well. It stays on all day when set with a powder, and doesn’t get cakey or break apart on my face. It also doesn’t cling to dry patches! I haven’t noticed this causing me to break out at all. It does oxidize slightly, but with my pale colored powder over top it isn’t terribly noticeable. For the price, I’ll keep using this instead of the expensive Amazonian Clay foundation by Tarte that I was using previously.
