Review for: Porcelain more...
I was surprised by how much I like this foundation! I have fair and oily skin, with acne and neutral undertones. I look for foundations that are matte and long lasting, since I do get very oily.

First of all, the shade range sucks.  Porcelain is wayyy to dark for me (for reference, I wear shade 110 in Revlon Colorstay).  However, the foundation is not too orange.  It is the perfect foundation to mix with other foundations.  It has a semi-matte finish and is full coverage which is AWESOME! And this foundation is only $6!!

The packaging of this foundation is a squeezy tube, and there seems to be a decent amount of product in it.  I squeeze some out and dot it around my face with another foundation, then blend it out with a sponge or foundation brush.  It makes any foundation have more full coverage, as well as give it a skin-like finish.  If I wear this product alone and set it with a powder, it would last around 4 hours before I get oily.

I have repurchased this foundation many times, I think its awesome for the price!  I gave it 4/5 stars because the shade range needs to be improved.  I wouldn't say this foundation has helped with my acne, but regardless, its awesome.

I have mixed feelings about this product. I love e.l.f. because their products are inexpensive and pretty reliable. I'm no makeup enthusiast but I think the products are good quality. They get the job done for me.

I have one complaint about this product... the range of shades you can buy for this product start too dark. I use porcelain and have considered multiple times switching to a new brand because e.l.f. does not make a shade light enough. I don't have super fair skin either. It is disappointing that this is their lightest shade. It has somewhat of an orange tone that is not flattering in the winter time when my skin is not as tan. I love this product in the summer because my skin tone blends better with the porcelain shade, but I need to find something else for the winter time.

I really really like this Foundation. Very great coverage find it to be medium to full coverage very buildable and a little bit goes a long way. I like the packaging. The only negative thing I would have to say is that it is hard to find in a local store which is my preference I'm not always able to purchase items online and for convenience purposes it's better for me to be able to get it in store when I run out of something and I can only find this in one store which often runs out of my shade.

I love this product! I do not break out often but, whenever I am starting to I always use this product. It is great because I put this on and within a day or two my blemish is gone. Plus it does a perfect job of covering up any blemishes. Most foundations are goopy and even when I have a zit you can tell that I am covering up. Not with this product. Plus for the price - you cannot beat it! It is not heavy on my face and it is very easy to apply.

As far as I know this is the best drugstore foundation ever made! I buy the lightest shade & I love how it feels good on my skin, not like it’s clogging it up & the salicylic acid works to fight blemishes without drying out my skin. Depending on how much you put on you could use it as either a light coverage B.B. cream or a full coverage foundation.

The ONLY reason this gets a 4 rather than a 5 is that I feel the shade is a little too dark for me, but there isn’t a lighter one so I try and make it work with a lighter powder on top. I use this sparingly, since I don’t need a ton of coverage. I put it on using clean hands, no brushes or beauty blenders. It looks so nice! Hides pores, evens skin tone, and it even covers blemishes pretty well. It stays on all day when set with a powder, and doesn’t get cakey or break apart on my face. It also doesn’t cling to dry patches! I haven’t noticed this causing me to break out at all. It does oxidize slightly, but with my pale colored powder over top it isn’t terribly noticeable. For the price, I’ll keep using this instead of the expensive Amazonian Clay foundation by Tarte that I was using previously.

Review for: Sand more...
I have this foundation in the color sand. I have oily skin so I use toner and elf tea tree primer. Then I apply with a beauty blender. This shade is a perfect match for my skin and covers any flaw that I have. I also apply air spun powder after I use the foundation. My skin hasn't been oily after using it, but I do feel smooth and soft. I out rose water on my face when I'm done.

Review for: Sand more...
I have recently been using a full face of e.l.f. products because I love their products but this is the only thing I wouldn't recommend, at least for someone with my skin tone. I have a warm toned, medium tan skin tone, and none of the shades seemed to work for me. The packaging makes the colors look way darker than they are so that's misleading. I tried the Sand color and its so light on me, and I'm not that dark. This shade was so far off my skin tone, it was multiple shades lighter than me, I couldn't find any use for it. That's my only complaint but not having acceptable shades means I can't wear it and I would love to. I also feel like all of the shades have a grey undertone, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this product.

I really hate this foundation. I got it because it was acne fighting but it just did not go with my skin tone or chemistry. It was very orange on my face and tacky. It didn’t really stay on that good throughout the day. I realize it was only $6/bottle but I wouldn’t ever buy this again and I’m going to give away the other half of the bottle I haven’t used yet.
