Not very refreshing. Tasted a bit salty actually. I felt like it slightly made me feel a little rejuvenated after. I was pretty tired before I had it.

Excellent for hydration This product has been very helpful for me, hydration is a very important part of my daily intake. The flavors are tasty, there’s no aftertaste and it’s delicious when mixed in cold water.

Tiene un excelente sabor, es muy sencillo y rápido para preparar ya que se disuelve con facilidad, me encantan los nutrientes que aporta y que solo tenga un gramo de carbohidratos.
