A must have for new moms. Baby’s nails grow so fast and cutting them are so hard. I love this nail file because it’s painless and works so well. I wish it would have a small light on it as sometimes their nails are just so small it’s difficult to see.

I did not have this product with my first, and boy did I wish I did. My 2 1/2 year-old hates having his finger and toenails cut, and every time we needed to do a trim it turned into a massive fight. I got this when I had my second, and it turns out that my older child loves it just as much. He now looks forward to trimming his nails, and says it tickles as opposed to screaming in pain. I will say it is a bit powerful for newborn fingernails, and I noticed that it did chew up her skin a bit if I wasn’t being careful. I don’t love that the Emery board pads do seem to get torn up pretty easily, and the white that is meant to help you see the nails better can sometimes feel clunky.
