BEST FORMULA FOR BABIES WITH ACID REFLUX! Our poor baby was losing weight until we were able to get this formula for him. Luckily we had a friend give us 3 cases they didn't use. It is costly about $70 a can! But can be prescribed if approved by your pediatrician

This formula has been a lifesaver! My baby couldn't digest other formulas. We tried similac, nutramigen and so many others. My son just puked them up profusely and was losing weight, to the point he was almost failure to thrive. Until we started elecare. Since then he has gained weight properly and doesnt cry from acid reflux pain! I am so thankful for this formula! EleCare Amino Acid Based Infant Formula with Iron

Kids had milk intolerance, so had to use this as a prescription, the smell is not the best but it works for my kids after trying almost every other formula.

We are so happy that we found this formula. Our son is allergic to cows milk. It took some weeks before he started to like it (we mixed with old formula for week, every day a bit more elecare) and it took some weeks we found out that it really worked, so please be patient and give it time.

When your infant can’t handle milk and screams at every feed, won’t eat, and won’t sleep Elecare is a legitimate life saver. My son went through the gamut of formulas - two weeks on, test poop, blood, switch. Finally he was out on Elecare and became a different baby. Elecare does have its downsides though. 1) Price - you need at least 8 containers a month (more like 9-10). At $55 a pop, you better hope insurance covers it. I got really lucky. 2) availability - if insurance DOESN’T cover it, it’s so hard to find. Not sold at target or anywhere else I would typically buy formula. 3) Doesn’t accept coupons. But seriously, I would pay every dime out of pocket to keep my baby calm and happy

It did amazing for my son who has a major issue with milk and soy allergy but I wish it didn’t smell like wet potatoes kinda gross in that manner as well as the fact that it’s $45 a can.

My daughter has delayed gastric emptying and severe reflux . She needed surgery for her GERD and couldn’t tolerate any formula after and she was put on Elecare and it helped her tremendously with her tummy problems. She is a tube fed baby and was on elecare during the day and overnight. She recently transitioned off once she hit a year old

My son is 8 months old. After finding blood in his stool, we found out he was extremely sensitive & allergic to cow's milk. This has been the only formula my son has been able to tolerate! Perfect for babies with sensitive tummies.

This completely changed our lives once we started feeding this to our baby. It seemed easily digestible and didn’t hurt his belly. He liked the taste of this formula. It has a really thin watery consistency and smells like salt and vinegar chips lol. But my son loved it and he was able to keep most of it down without throwing it up. Expensive but worth it for us

We struggled and struggled with my baby’s milk. We started out on Enfamil Gentlease. Around 2 months he became extremely gassy. We tried Neutramigen; that made him projectile vomit. Then we tried the soy, that made him spit up profusely. We went back to the Gentlease and dr said as long as he’s gaining fine, there is no issue. Well at the 4 month appointment she became a bit concerned about his weight and referred us to a GI dr who put him on a probiotic and Elecare. He’s been on it for about 2 weeks now and has been doing much better than he was on Gentlease. No gas but he still has reflux issues. Dr said it’s bc it’s so thin. We are going to continue to monitor his reaction though. It sucked seeing him gassy and in pain all the time and practically nothing we did helped. Prayerfully this continues to work.
