The best use iPhone for this was on dry hands and feet. However it’s so greasy that you can’t do anything after but put on gloves or socks and let it soak in. I don’t find that easy to use for that reason. I also think that there’s products that work better than this like uncle Harry’s salve. Which is much cheaper. I also found for the 4 ounce it went bad started smelling really gross before I could even use half the tub. I guess I wasn’t as big of a fan since I didn’t run out fast .
First off this is an oil, not a cream moisturizer. I think that throws a lot of people off when they use it. They use too much and end up feeling greasy and giving a negative review. This blend of oil is honey based, has no scent, and is firm in the jar. Gently apply a small amount to your face and rub in before reaching for more. I found that my skin soaked this up quickly but still had a nice moist glow without being oily or greasy looking. My skin was smoothed and CALMED by the anti-inflammatory properties in the honey. I would not use this around my eyes (use an eye cream). I dont suffer from crazy dry skin, my oily-combo skin loved this. I would definitely recommend this if you are looking to try a skin oil or use oil based moisturizers.
Great all purpose product. I like the short ingredient list. I like that I can use on my skin and don’t feel like it’s too heavy on my face. I’ve used this as a chapstick when I need to with no issue. The 2oz jar has lasted me over 6 months of use and I still have about 1/4th of the jar left.
I purchased this on a whim at TJ maxx when I was on vacation and ran out of moisturizer. I was intrigued with it because the only ingredients are olive oil, bees wax, honey, bee pollen, royal jelly and bee propolis. I prefer using natural oils like jojoba oil for night treatments/creams and this product performed in the same way! I would recommend it to people who want an effective overnight moisturizer because it does leave your skin looking shiny and greasy and may not be the best for during the day
i dont think i would use this as a face moisturizer by any means. used it under my eye and I can't tell if the milia under my eye is worse or the same. I do like putting this on my lips as I am putting my makeup on to prep for liquid lipstick or on super dry patched of my body but I think there are things out there that are the same with a cheaper price tag. however I do like the ingredients and it actually helped a cut on my boyfriend's body heal faster.
This is one of my favorite skin care secrets! I use it as lip balm, night cream, as a moisturizer, on cuts and scrapes, and on burns and sunburns. I even run just a little on my hands and then run them through my hair to soothe flyaways... it's like a Swiss Army knife of skin care- I even use it on my kids. It's also a celeb favorite. A great moisturizer that multitasks, what more could you want?!?!
This stuff is hard to find here in Minnesota . I ordered from target online after looking in many stores. It’s like a oily cream that melts in your hands. I use it on my face once in awhile it hydrates and helps any irritation. I also use it on new tattoos. I feel like it clogs pores if use every day.
This is the holy grail of skin balms. HOLY GRAIL. If you are not used to using a balm your skin may take some adjusting, however. I have congested skin and this has never once made me break out. It will initially be oily and for me, it takes a while to absorb - 30 mins to an hour. As I have used this more my skin has adjusted and absorbs more quickly. I take a dime to nickel size amount and rub it between both of my hands to warm it up and emulsify it - this is important! Then I spread it all over my face and let it work its magic. I use it at night and have never woken up oil or with a breakout, just amazingly soft focus skin. I also use it to remove my makeup. Love, love, love it.
This stuff is straight up magic. I bought this product online on Cleopatra Choice. It is a bit on the pricy side but it is SO worth it. It lasts forever because a little bit goes a long way with this cream. I have always wanted my face to feel and look hydrated and fresh and this product does just that. I use it in the morning and at night. However, at night I put a generous amount on and when I wake up my face is glowing!!!! I love it. In the morning, I apply a moderate amount. If you have VERY oily skin however, I wouldn't recommend this product because the cream is heavy. If you have somewhat oily skin, I would recommend only using the product at night with a moderate amount. You can also use it on other areas of the body. I highly recommend this product if you like a glowing, hydrated skin!!
Q & A
Is this very hydrating if you want to use it as a night cream? I have combination skin and haven't heard many details about this cream. Is it anti-aging?
What did you use this stuff for?!
Are they any good ?? I want to get this because my skin gets so oily but I don't want to waste my money if it won't work
Is this product "all natural" or organic? I saw a review that said it is mostly petroleum jelly and mineral oil but for $37 it is a pretty hefty price tag. Can anyone tell me if it's really worth the investment?
I have heard a lot about this cream and really want to try it! Is it okay to put on your face? Or does it cause breakouts?
