I used this peppermint essential oil in a roller diluted with Eden’s garden fractionated coconut oil. I roll it on the side of my head when I get migraines and it helps a ton. It’s also useful in a diffuser and helps clear my sinuses when I use it this way. I also use it in home-made cleaning products. I guess you can say I’m a huge fan of Eden’s garden peppermint essential oil!
