This is my first time using a zippered mattress protector and I like it but it is a little more work when I have to change it. It's great for my potty training toddler right now. It definitely kept the mattress dry when my toddler had an accident. I like that it has a velcro part to hide the zipper.

This mattress protector is both effective, and breathable. You don't end up soaked in your own sweat, which nobody likes. I have pets, and a newer mattress, so I want to make sure it lasts. Cue a mattress protector.
