I absolutely LOVE these soap nuts. They are a natural alternative to regular soap and for dish detergent as well as for laundry deterget. The Best way to use them is by boiling about 3 or 4 soap nuts in water and when done using a strainer and pouring them in ice cube holders that way you can freeze them and later on use them plus that prevents them from getting rancid. You can use 2 cubes as an alternative to regular shampoo as I do. Also using 3 to 4 cubes in a laundry instead of detergent and the good thing about it is that there is no need to use softener afterwards. And to use in the kitchen just use 2 cubes soaked in water to use as a dish deterget. Please give it a try

EcoNuts are a great eco-friendly choice for laundry detergent and have other uses as well. They work best in hot water as that helps release the saponin. They seem to be worth the price as you can use a handful in multiple loads until they get worn out. They are supposedly hypoallergenic and do not leave any type of odor. If they break down too much, they will leave little pieces of themselves on your clothes, but that can fixed by composting or disposing of them before they get that far broken down.

I am so pleasantly surprised with this product: it really work! And better than some regular laundry soap on the market. My toddler had a little "accident" and urine is a tough smell to get rid of. One wash and my laundry load was completely clean, fresh and soft. It is a bit pricier than other options, I agree, but nothing too crazy and in my opinion, it is totally worth it. You save the environment, you encourage a responsible business and the product really works. Customer for life!
