It's more to supplement your protein intake, or for snacks in between meals, however I've made shakes out of this for my morning breakfast, instead of having cereal or oatmeal or something.

I use it as a meal replacement. it really is filling and they're good. I like to use the vanilla with frozen fruit in the blender, makes a great smoothie.

It is not a meal replacement per se. But if you are making shakes at home. I would suggest adding fruits, oatmeal, and whatever else that pleases the palate. I add any of the following oatmeal, banana, apple, berries of your choice, cinnamon, almond butter, chocolate chips, peanut butter, flax seeds, or chia seeds. A large portion of either a fruity smoothie or the dessert type holds me for a good 2-3 hours. Hope that helps.
