It is not a meal replacement per se. But if you are making shakes at home. I would suggest adding fruits, oatmeal, and whatever else that pleases the palate. I add any of the following oatmeal, banana, apple, berries of your choice, cinnamon, almond butter, chocolate chips, peanut butter, flax seeds, or chia seeds. A large portion of either a fruity smoothie or the dessert type holds me for a good 2-3 hours. Hope that helps.
