Picked this up at a garage sale and it is my third dyson ball. I absolutely love them!! Excellent vacuum for longevity! I have one for the garage, first and second floor. My original dyson ball was bought nearly 20 years ago when they were first released and is still running as it did when purchased.

This vacuum cleaner fulfills its function-it vacuums carpets and floors and includes accessories to easily reach small spaces. However, after a year, the part that traps hair on the carpet stopped turning. I contacted customer service, and they said the replacement part would be sent when it was back in stock, but it's been several months and there's been no update. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars-and I think I'm being generous.
