Dymatize ISO100 protein powder is my go to choice of whey protein. It is absolutely not the cheapest on the market but it is worth its price. It’s one of the purest whey protein formulations available which comes with peace of mind about safety but also effectiveness to ensure maximum gains. I always mix with milk rather than water as that’s what I prefer. The flavour is a very good strong chocolatey taste without being overly sweet. When you unscrew the lid you can smell the chocolate right away! Give it a good shake in a protein shaker and it blends pretty well, a few lumps may remain on top but nothing awful. Great Macros and BCAA’ with 25g protein per serving.
