The consistency is very light , which l liked because it mixes easily . The flavor is good, although it ‘s not very strong . The smell is pleasant and not overpowering . Overall , l do recommend it , especially if you ‘re looking for something light and easy to drink

I’ve use this protein powder for over five years and it’s still is my go to. I use it daily and smoothies or oatmeal or overnight oats or sometimes into yogurt. It has great macros and low sugar, which is what I need to support my nutritional needs. It doesn’t taste like protein, either and bonus it’s affordable .
