It is a good way to learn a language. It gets you to write, listen and speak in the language you wish to learn. It also allows you to learn more than one language. And the best part is you don’t need to pay for it.

I have been using this app (and it's desktop version) on and off for about a year now. So far it has helped me pick up words here and there (since I'm not 100% dedicated to learning the language but enough to get a rough understanding). It's a really helpful tool to use and they've been improving it and adding new languages from the time I've picked it up.

there are so many amazing things about duolingo

1. It is very easy to use and navigate.
2. It has a word and picture method to help you learn
3. It has the level of a actual idioms class
4. If you are consistent, this app will help you learn the basics of a new language
5. It is free with no in app buys
6. It sends you notifications in case you forger to use it as you set up

Overall this app is very good if you are really determined. It does get a little repetitive as you lear, but keep in mind that is the proper way to learn, via repetition

As a Dislexic I find that Duolingo really works with me, I find that in most cases it knows when I've made a spelling mistake and it reads out the text out to you, witch is great for people who can barley read like myself.

im finding the mobile app very motivating as I have daily reminders and goals and different levels and classes depending on my language ability and it even tries to estimate your fleuency in you chosen language. The graphics and art style is also very nice, it's hard to think that this app is free.

would recommend to the young and old!

I have duolingo for more than a year and half it has helped me a lot with my spanish, its a great app but i think that you have to take a background about the language you are learning to make it easier, i tried to learn german but it was to dificult, they added arabic newly so i made a course of english to increase mine and it helped me a lot with the grammer, i recommend it for all who want to learn new languages 😄😄

Really awesome and free way to learn a new language. This app is available on Android, IOS, and Windows. You can also access it and do the lessons through your web browser. Would give 5 stars if not for a few deficiencies: Some of the lessons are hard to get, for example in German the word for ladder is Die Leiter, and the word for leader is Der Leiter. This was something that wasn't specifically shown in the lesson, just something you had to pick up on your own.

But honestly, for a free app that keeps you motivated and going day after day, it's quite awesome!

Amazing app. This app was used as a stage of learning for my class it; After the class ended many deleted the app some stood by of course some of the deleting of had nothing to do with the app but how much they desired an another language. I kept the app, however, I was "bored" with the curriculum used to teach. In the near future, i would appreciate The app clearly recognizing how much of another language I already know and what else I need to know. whereas at this point I am quite frustrated with how I have to start learning the language all over.

Consigliatissima..
